We’re adding multiple Production Inspector/Finisher roles to support major customer demand. If you enjoy hands‑on work, using tools, and being part of a tight‑knit production team—this is the perfect opportunity. No long tenure required to grow… you can advance quickly based on your skills!

• 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM — 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM — 7:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Weekend overtime available based on customer demand.

• Inspect and finish plastic products coming off rotational molds
• Trim, clean, and prepare parts using hand and power tools
• Use knives, drills, routers, pneumatic tools, and more
• Follow simple, repeatable processes and detailed work orders
• Insert components, drill holes, and perform final finishing steps
• Complete quality checks—including leak testing (“Dunk Test”)
• Rotate between multiple production stations throughout your shift

• 6 months manufacturing experience (preferred but not required—great trainees thrive here!)
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable using basic tools (drill, knife, router, etc.)
• Able to follow written instructions
• Great attitude, dependable, and eager to learn

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Liberty, IA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
