Logan Contractors Supply is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1990 and is a leader in the construction supply industry. We are seeking qualified applicants for our Counter Sales Representative position at our North Liberty, IA location.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and professional service to walk-in customers.
- Assist customers in identifying the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain product knowledge to offer valuable information and suggestions.
- Stock shelves, ensure the sales floor is organized, and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to fulfill customer orders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product offerings.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
