• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, equipment, and facility systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activity and repairs
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment
• Work closely with team members and leadership to identify and resolve issues
• Uphold all safety standards and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training (apprenticeship, technical college, or continuing education)
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance role
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Dependability and ability to work independently on overnight shifts
