North America Centralis hiring School Bus Drivers in the Iowa City, IA area.

No experience? No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and a clear path to a stable, rewarding role.

• Starting Pay: $21.75 $ 27.25 per hour (based on experience)
• Hiring Bonus: Up to $2,500*
• Safety/Attendance Bonus: Up to $515 annually*

• Minimum 4 hours per day guaranteed when school is in session
• No nights or weekends required
• Additional hours available through field trips and charter routes

• Safely transport students and passengers on assigned routes
• Monitor bus stops and ensure safe boarding and unloading
• Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful environment
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and the public
• Represent Iowa Central positively within the community
• Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and company policies

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid drivers license for at least 3 years
• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, drug screen, and physical
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Commitment to safety and reliability
