Experienced Staff Accountant

Bradford Marine & ATV is Arkansas’s leading dealership for boats, ATVs, and personal watercraft. Since 1971 outdoor enthusiasts with industry-leading brands like Tracker, Polaris, Nitro, and more. Our North Little Rock location is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled accounting professional to join our team.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Process sold inventory paperwork and file accordingly
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required)
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (required)
• 3+ years of GAAP experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• In-person position (no remote work)

• $25-$30 per hour, based on experience
