We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Billing & Receivables Assistant to support our accounting team. This role is responsible for preparing invoices, recording payments, monitoring outstanding balances, and assisting with customer account inquiries.
Responsibilities- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Record and apply incoming payments
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on past‑due invoices
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer account questions
- Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
- Assist with reporting and general accounting support
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and customer service skills
