Position: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Executive Administrative Assistant

This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for providing executive administrative support for the senior officers and executives of Bridge Way. Manages executive schedules and communications to ensure effective and efficient operations by analyzing activities, needs and coordinating support. Creates and drafts reports, letters, and presentations. Manages all aspects of meetings, medical staff and recruits. Manages contract database. Assists with complaints, assisting with resolving client/patient issues.

Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone. Serves as first level of support primarily for the Senior Leaders. Manages the personnel charged with reception duties, assisting with emergency operations and development of policies, procedures and protocols related to communication throughout the facility.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

Associates degree required Bachelors degree preferred

Work Experience Requirements: 5 years experience in an administrative support role required Experience supporting multiple executives 1-2 years of hospital experience preferred

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written Must be able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment Critical thinking, independent decision making and analytical skills are essential
