We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field operations for large-scale and hyperscale data center site development projects across the Gulf Coast.

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of heavy civil construction from preconstruction through project closeout, with a primary focus on earthwork, grading, underground utilities, stormwater systems, and overall site infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in heavy civil construction, excels in fast-paced environments, and is willing to travel extensively to support multiple projects throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of site development projects from mobilization through final completion.
  • Lead project execution for:
    Mass earthwork, Rough and fine grading, Underground wet and dry utilities, Storm drainage systems, Water and sanitary sewer installation, Duct banks and utility corridors, Site access roads and paving preparation, Erosion and sediment control
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with owners, developers, engineers, inspectors, and utility providers.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project reporting.
  • Monitor production rates, labor productivity, equipment utilization, and cost performance.
  • Conduct regular jobsite meetings with field leadership and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and company safety standards.
  • Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using construction management software.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field staff.
  • Coordinate project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout documentation.
