We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Prepare and present service estimates and obtain customer approval.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle service.
• Process service orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
• Promote additional services and maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
• Proficient with computer systems and service management software.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends if needed.
