The 504 / ALE / RTI Designee & Building Test Facilitator at North Little Rock Middle School serves a critical leadership role dedicated to student support, regulatory compliance, and academic assessment integrity. Reporting to the Building Administrator, this professional leads campus Section 504 operations by conducting all middle school conferences, including annual reviews, new referrals, placements, manifestation determinations, and placement evaluations while distributing accommodation plans to staff, onboarding new teachers on 504 regulations, and assisting the district coordinator, with Day Treatment and Alternative School needs.
Simultaneously, they manage Alternative Learning Environment (ALE) placements, direct the multi-tiered Response to Intervention (RTI/MTSS) framework, update student transcripts and schedules in eSchool, and serve as Building Test Facilitator to oversee all state and district standardized testing logistics, security, and accommodation setups. This position requires a valid Arkansas educator credential, deep knowledge of educational laws and testing protocols, and exceptional organizational skills to seamlessly collaborate with families, faculty, and district leaders.

Skills & Abilities
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university), Master's Degree preferred; and a valid Arkansas Teacher's License required.
Experience: Three years minimum related experience preferred.
Computer Skills: Technology experience required with eSchool, COGNOS, Roll Call, ESC Works, and other software associated with student data or professional development.
Certificates & Licenses: A valid Arkansas Teacher's License with related certification.
