Colliers is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer located in North Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to ensure efficient service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and must possess or be able to obtain CFC Certification. A valid driver’s license is required, and the role includes being on-call for after-hours emergencies.
