A K-12 educational institution in North Little Rock, AR is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team under a contract for the current school year. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work full-time or part-time with a caseload tailored to the candidates preference. Open to Speech-Language Pathologists at various stages, including Clinical Fellows (CFs), this role supports students from diverse backgrounds in a dynamic school environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to monitor progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Eligibility or current licensure as an SLP in the state.
- Experience in pediatric or school-based speech-language pathology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to adapt to mixed caseloads.
- Open to candidates pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
