Kentro is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the VA-ESOM End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States.
Location:
Onsite Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center (North Little Rock, AR).
You will respond to end-user IT requests, perform routine system administration tasks, and log data in admin systems as needed. Responsibilities include remote and desk-side support, AD maintenance, and Service Now ticket monitoring to ensure timely resolutions.
