What you'll do:

• Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.
• Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business objectives to unlock value from data assets.
• Design, build, and validate predictive models using advanced machine learning techniques and statistical methods.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and create insightful visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Deploy and monitor models in production, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Mentor team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and data storytelling.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in data science, including predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and exploratory data analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Matplotlib, or PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of data strategy, data quality standards, and data governance principles.
• Experience with big data analytics and distributed data stores including SQL and No
  
  SQL databases.
• Ability to assess, validate, and tune models using best practices and relevant evaluation metrics.
• Skilled in translating complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Effective communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders.
