Maintenance Technician II

Responsibilities

Shift: Monday-Friday, 12pm to 830pm

Position Responsibilities:

* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the business including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration equipment to meet required regulations

* Perform building related installation and maintenance including, but not limited to furniture assembly, data/ power installations, plumbing and lighting repair

* Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas

* Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities

* Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications

* Keep areas clean and organized, including cleaning dock levelers, dock bays, pressure washing building surfaces, cleaning HVAC systems (interior and exterior) maintaining a clean maintenance department

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with 2 plus years of related experience

Preferred

Education and Experience:

* Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
