Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse for the Specialty Critical Care-Intensive Care unit. The RN will be responsible for providing safe and compassionate patient care while demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking skills.
The ideal candidate should be a new RN graduate or a registered nurse in good standing, licensed in Arkansas, and preferably possess a BSN. Required certifications include Healthcare CPR, with additional training provided for ACLS, PALS, and specialty education.
This role requires 72.00 hours bi-weekly commitment, ensuring excellent patient outcomes through effective teamwork.
