Overview
A Registered Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, and administering care within the scope of training and expertise, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care. The Cath Lab/IVR Pre/Post Op Nurse provides care to patients admitted for surgery and following surgery. Responsibilities include admission and preoperative assessment, developing a care plan, validating information, preparing the patient, monitoring patients post‑anesthesia, assessing vital signs, and observing for complications.
Qualifications- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR and ACLS certification.
- Experience in Cath Lab/IVR or pre/postoperative nursing preferred.
This position is authorized 72 hours bi‑weekly.
