Summary
A registered nurse at Baptist Health is accountable for utilizing the nursing process and the training provided by Baptist Health to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. The RN is expected to demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, to know and understand the policies and processes of the department and the organization, and to use them in a unified workflow with the rest of the healthcare team to create an exceptional patient experience with the best possible outcomes.

Position: Nursing – Shift: Day
Employment: 72.00 hours bi-weekly (authorized)
- Registered nurse in good standing, licensed to practice in Arkansas.
- New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or registered nurse with a BSN preferred.
- Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet the standard of care and practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
- Registered nurse not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
- Healthcare CPR required; some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS – training is provided.
- Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
