Position: Full-time CRNA Needed in Arkansas for Independent CRNA practice- 213

Job Title

CRNA – Direct Hire

    Full-time, 8‑hour shifts. Most OR days are short and rarely go after lunch unless you are on call.

    Independent – all CRNA practice
  • Special Considerations:
    Must be comfortable functioning on their own and competent in pediatric anesthesia.
Job Summary

A strong, independent CRNA will thrive in this quality‑of‑life role, practicing within a collaborative 3‑CRNA group where most OR days finish by lunchtime unless on call. The case mix includes Bread & Butter, OB, and Endoscopy, with call shared evenly among the team and flexible W2 or 1099 employment options.

Requirements
  • Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re‑Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
  • Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas
  • Minimum of 1‑3 years of experience as a CRNA preferred; new grads considered
  • Proficiency in pediatric and OB anesthesia, including spinals and epidurals, as well as general anesthesia and endoscopy cases
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
