Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting top talent to support our nonprofit mission to prioritize individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease. Schedule: Full‑time, 7.5‑hour days Monday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM.
Compensation: Annual pay range $65,000–$75,000, based on nursing and dialysis experience.

- Provide support and guidance from the corporate clinical team
- Develop unit‑specific policies and procedures with guidance from the medical director and clinic manager
- Lead classroom theory training for new dialysis staff
- Verify new staff competencies before assigning independent tasks
- Oversee the preceptor program and report progress
- Educate staff on new and existing clinic policies and procedures
- Provide instruction to correct deficiencies identified during federal or state surveys
- Assign and monitor completion of new‑hire and annual online education modules within established deadlines
- Administer annual competency testing of all patient care staff; provide additional training as needed
- Audit medical records, infection control, and regulatory compliance annually; develop corrective plans for deficiencies
- Monitor and track licensure and certifications for all disciplines
- Ensure non‑certified PCTs obtain certification within 12 months of hire
- Coordinate or facilitate CPR certification classes
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Demonstrated clinical excellence

- Ability to solve problems
- Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, or RN diploma)
- Two years’ dialysis experience required; six months as a charge nurse preferred
- Current NY Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/AED certification
