Overview
A registered nurse in the Med Surg department works the night shift ) providing safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care by applying nursing processes and organizational policies.

This position offers 72 hours bi-weekly and emphasizes adherence to policies, clinical competence, and teamwork to deliver quality patient care.
Qualifications- New RN graduate or RN in good standing licensed in Arkansas
- BSN preferred
- Basic nursing skills aligned with standards of care
- Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- CPR certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed
- Specialty units provide specific education
