• Plan, organize, and administer nursing care within scope of training and expertise.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Assist physicians in all aspects of pregnancy and birth, including cesarean sections.
• Provide care for women who experience complications during pregnancy, labor, or birth.
• Assess patient needs and develop a care plan addressing physical, psychological, educational/health literacy, sociocultural, and spiritual needs.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong care for patient safety.
• Provide post-pregnancy care, complications management, and treatments.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Arkansas.
• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or RN in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• Basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Ability to practice as a full partner of interdisciplinary team.
• Healthcare CPR required; additional training (ACLS, PALS, NALS) provided as required.
• Specialty unit education available where required.
• Caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable about pregnancy, labor, birth, post-pregnancy care, complications and treatments.
