Specialty Clinical Coordinator-Intensive Care
The Specialty Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Nurse (RN) at Baptist Health responsible for utilizing the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care. This role demands demonstration of clinical competence and critical thinking. The Coordinator manages service coordination for their assigned area and acts as a resource for the primary nurse and other team members.

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- RN with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Arkansas.
- Minimum of two years experience.
- Healthcare CPR required. Some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS (training provided).
- Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
This job will be authorized
72.00 hours bi-weekly.
