Job Summary And Responsibilities

CHI St. Vincent Primary and Convenient Care – Sherwood are actively seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well‑established primary care practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. The clinic is a cornerstone of care in the community and currently has a diverse team of 10 providers, including pediatricians, advanced practice providers, and family physicians. We are expanding our capacity, with a new floor opening in January 2026.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Sherwood clinic, you will:

• Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care and foster strong relationships within the community.
• Manage a steady flow of patients each day, allowing focused and personalized attention.
• Benefit from the integration of Epic, our electronic health record system, streamlining your workflow.
• Collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to enhance professional growth and patient outcomes.

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arkansas, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Prior primary‑care clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Excellent diagnostic, treatment, and patient education skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems;
  Epic experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to quality care and patient safety.

$104,000 – $520,000 per year
