Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Occupational Health & Safety
Eaton’s Electrical Sector America - ARS/Fibrebond division is currently seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for its’ new manufacturing facility located in North Little Rock, AR. This role is a critical member of the inaugural leadership team of the facility. Relocation assistance is available to candidates currently residing in the US.
In this role, you will provide environmental, health, safety leadership for the North Little Rock Site and own critical EHS components of both the facility construction and ramp up project and go live business operations. You will ensure plant level EHS programs, policies, procedures and systems are developed, implemented and sustained to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements and conformance with Eaton Corporation standards.
You will also play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the safety culture of our new facility.
Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What you’ll do:- Develop site EHS strategy and set goals for the site manager and appropriate activity-based goals for the leadership team, functional managers.
- Facilitate risk assessments at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects. Works with leadership team to create target и objectives based on key EHS risks.
- Track performance of Leading and Lagging Indicator to track performance against targets and objectives for EHS and sustainability.
- Work to assign MESH element champions and facilitate their engagement in ownership of the MESH elements.
- Drive and promote zero incident EHS culture throughout site by analyzing data and culture to develop site-specific programs and initiatives.
- Create and facilitate EHS engagement and corporate initiatives through EHS teams and committees needed to accomplish the established targets and objectives for the year.
- Oversee use of established EHS data processes such as Benchmark and MESH Prism to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.
- Validate training matrices to ensure that all training is defined and tracked to completion.
- Collaborate with site leadership team and facilities to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place, on a PM program, and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.
- Review EHS impacts of new equipment and production processes through the Management of Change process.
- Lead team of security professionals and manage site security program to ensure safety of all employees and visitors as well as customer provided material.
Basic (required)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Five (5) or more years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience within a manufacturing environment.
