As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you’ll drive sales and operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a team to new heights.

Responsibilities

Inspire your team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top‑notch customer service

Launch new products and services with your District Manager and partner teams
Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer
Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate
Handle administrative duties such as compliance and reporting with ease

Qualifications

1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)

Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish

A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams

Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards

A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Schedule

Enjoy a balanced 8‑hour shift, weekdays and most Saturdays.
