We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for maximizing sales and distribution of all products in the assigned territory. You will develop strong customer relationships by conducting 300 to 400 account calls per week to identify and source new revenue opportunities to meet assigned sales goals.

- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school plus six months to two years of sales experience.
- Experience in adult beverage, product sales, three‑tier system and/or hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high‑paced and stressful environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Generate leads through direct outbound phone contact and customer service software.
- Develop smaller existing accounts within the assigned territory.
- Execute sales plans and special promotions; meet monthly sales goals in accordance with the development plan.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner according to company guidelines.
- Ensure supplier distribution goals are met.
- Analyze competitive products, promotions, pricing, and marketing policies.
- Introduce new products and promotions; provide marketing services to customers.
- Create and maintain activity reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
