Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in North Little Rock, AR. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for managing agency recruitment, training, and development plans to grow the team and achieve sales goals. Daily responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, hiring and coaching sales professionals, fostering client relationships, spearheading sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, including the ability to mentor, train, and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Sales and business development expertise, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets and build strong client relationships
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to foster rapport with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, goal setting, and organizational skills to successfully execute agency development initiatives
  • Experience in insurance sales, benefits services, or a related field is preferred
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
