Shift details:
Walk or sit for long periods, work outdoors in all elements, and weekend shifts may be required.

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned client site. They will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, the Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner; use of initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Frequent preparation of written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment
• Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record; minimum insurance as required by company policy; safe vehicle operation required
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a post‑offer/pre‑employment drug/alcohol test;
  Drivers Record check may also be required
• Intermediate computer skills for utilizing innovative wireless technology at client‑specific sites
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Applicable physical requirements:
  • Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
