Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed;
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements;
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
