LEDIC Realty Management / Envolve seeks a Maintenance Technician for Bluffs on McCain I and II in North Little Rock, AR. You will perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and execute preventative maintenance on apartment building components, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Must have own tools and be available for emergency calls.
Two years of maintenance experience are required; HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred. Certified Pool Operator is a plus.
