• Designated "Safety Sensitive Position"

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, grounds, and community amenities

• Complete all service requests within one business day whenever possible

• Carry out turnkey tasks for vacant units (repairs, paint, key/lock changes, etc.)

• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule

• Conduct and complete preventative maintenance reports per company schedules

• Maintain an organized and fully stocked maintenance shop

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces, including curbs, rails, utility areas, etc.

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents while ensuring a safe and clean environment

• HVAC or EPA certification strongly preferred

• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (multi-family preferred)

• Pool operations and maintenance experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of:

  • HVAC troubleshooting and repair

  • Electrical and mechanical systems

  • Plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair

  • Irrigation and landscaping systems

• Must be available to work in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, crawl, and reach overhead for extended periods

• Comfortable working in small or confined spaces when necessary
