** Key Responsibilities
*** Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls.
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
* Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.
* Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs needed, and maintenance plans.
* Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
* Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs.
* Assist in mentoring junior technicians and apprentices when needed.
