- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and quality
- Ability to follow Bills of Material (BOM), work instructions, and shipping documentation
- Comfortable working in multiple warehouse departments, including receiving, stocking, replenishment, palletizing, and shipping
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, carry, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
