Job Overview

Business Assistant to support leadership of the C4

ISR Division. Tasks include obtaining and preparing meeting materials, tracking program deliverables, maintaining program inventory, pulling and formatting weekly reports, deconflicting schedules and SDL resources, student administration for confluence and support teams by updating information and exploring new ideas to improve functionality, and performing general clerical duties.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and prepare meeting materials.
  • Track program deliverables and maintain program inventory.
  • Pull and format weekly reports.
  • Deconflict schedules and SDL resources.
  • Update student admin information on Confluence.
  • Explore new ideas to improve functionality.
  • Perform general clerical duties.
Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or other U.S. person.
  • Must be enrolled at Utah State University, with at least one year of school left.
  • Proficient with MS Office and other productivity tools.
  • Detail‑oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as with a team.
  • Willingness to ask questions.
  • Must be able to work 15–20 hours per week during semesters and up to 40 hours per week during breaks.
  • Ability to make and maintain accountability to a work schedule.
