About the Role
We are seeking a Treasurer to join our Finance team. This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing the company’s treasury operations, liquidity management, banking relationships, debt compliance, and capital planning initiatives.
The Treasurer serves as a key financial partner to executive leadership and plays a critical role in supporting the company’s operational execution and long-term growth strategy. This individual will lead cash forecasting efforts, manage lender relationships, monitor financial capacity, and provide leadership with visibility into liquidity and capital needs across the organization.
This is an onsite position based at our corporate office in North Logan, Utah.
What a Day in This Role Looks LikeThe Treasurer works closely with the CFO, Accounting, FP&A, Operations, Development, and external banking partners to ensure the company maintains strong financial flexibility and disciplined treasury management practices.
This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands‑on treasury oversight, including:
- Managing liquidity and cash flow across multiple entities
- Leading short‑term and long‑term cash forecasting
- Overseeing banking and lender relationships
- Monitoring debt compliance and covenant requirements
- Supporting capital planning and financing strategies
- Providing executive leadership with visibility into borrowing capacity and financial risk
- Partnering cross‑functionally to support company growth initiatives
- Strengthening treasury processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure
- Manage company liquidity, treasury operations, and daily cash positioning
- Lead company‑wide cash forecasting and capital planning efforts
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial partners
- Coordinate borrowing activity, loan compliance, and lender reporting requirements
- Monitor debt covenants and proactively identify financial risks or constraints
- Support financing initiatives, capital structure decisions, and growth planning
- Develop and strengthen treasury controls, policies, and risk management practices
- Provide leadership with clear reporting on cash position, debt capacity, and liquidity outlook
- Partner closely with Accounting and FP&A to support accurate forecasting and financial planning
- Support executive leadership with strategic financial analysis and special projects
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management
- Experience with cash forecasting, debt management, and covenant compliance
- Strong analytical, communication, and financial modeling skills
- Ability to build relationships across executive leadership, operations, and external financial partners
Preferred
- MBA, CPA, CTP, or similar professional credential
- Experience in construction, homebuilding, real estate, or other asset‑intensive industries
- Familiarity with banking platforms, ERP systems, and advanced Excel modeling
- Experience working with credit facilities, borrowing bases, or lender reporting
