The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking a Dev Sec Ops  student that is motivated to contribute and learn Dev Sec Ops  principles and technologies. A successful candidate should be enthusiastic and comfortable learning new technologies, as well as adhering to existing processes. We are looking for someone who can stick to a task and pull from many resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designs, implements, manages, and documents Dev Sec Ops  pipeline tooling from end-to-end following established industry standards
  • Helps establish secure, reusable solutions and processes
  • Supports a Software Factory via build pipelines and associated tooling
  • Assists in migrating the current on-premises environment to Azure
  • Follows direction from Dev Sec Ops  team members
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications:
  • Currently studying in computer science, information systems, or related fields
  • A desire to learn Dev Sec Ops , information technology, software development, and build management systems
  • Experience coding or scripting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with team members
  • Must be a US citizen
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with common coding tools and software development environments such as Linux, Git, VSCode, Git Hub, Jenkins, and Docker
