Prepare bakery items based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise; ensure food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management;
Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate with team members, and be flexible to work in other areas as needed;
Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support production, merchandising, training, and product quality;
Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area and assist members with purchasing decisions;
Ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures.
