Operating a commercial motor vehicle, you ensure timely and accurate delivery of beverages to customers.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 6 AM start time until finished.

Pay: $26.50 per hour.

Job Level: 2.

• Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to retail locations, adhering to routes, schedules, traffic laws, and safety regulations.
• Load and unload beverage products using proper handling techniques, preventing damage.
• Maintain and stock back rooms/back stock areas as requested.
• Pick up and return pallets, shells, and assigned product at each delivery location.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues.
• Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Clean and organize the delivery vehicle internally and externally.
• Interact professionally with store personnel, establishing positive relationships.
• Maintain a valid CDL‑A license and complete assigned training.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

• High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate.
• Valid CDL‑A License.
• Interstate License.
• Manual transmission driving experience preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Driving record meets Swire’s vehicle policy.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
