365 Freight USA is hiring CDL‑A drivers for a dedicated Harbor Freight account operating out of Tacoma, WA. This is a steady, multi‑stop regional lane delivering 100% no‑touch freight to Harbor Freight stores across California, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana. Drivers based in North Logan, UT will remain dedicated to Tacoma‑to‑Utah lanes.

Compensation and benefits

Average weekly pay: $1,546 - $1,849 $ 20 stop pay
100% no‑touch dry‑van freight

Assigned trucks (not slip‑seated)
Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time offLane and operating details

All freight originates from the Tacoma, WA distribution center

Average of 18 stops per week Deliveries into CA, UT, CO, , WA, OR, and MTDrivers based in ND, SD, UT, or CO remain dedicated to Tacoma‑to‑ND/SD/UT/CO lanes only; drivers based in North Logan, UT will be dedicated to Tacoma‑to‑UT lanes

Parking: ND and SD drivers use approved truck stops; UT drivers (including those based in North Logan) park at the Salt Lake City facility during resets; CO drivers park at the Ft. Lupton location during resets

Trucks cannot be taken home; drivers must have reliable transportation

Schedule

Typical minimum of two weeks out
34‑hour resets as required

Time‑off requests require a minimum of two weeks’ notice

Drivers who remain out longer than two weeks receive one day off for each additional week out Remote orientation available;
Monday starts preferred

Primary responsibilities

Safely operate a CDL‑A tractor‑trailer on a dedicated retail account

Complete multi‑stop store deliveries on schedule

Perform accurate pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections

Maintain logs, paperwork, and DOT compliance

Communicate professionally with dispatch and delivery locations

Minimum qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)3 months of Tractor‑Trailer driving experience in the past 12 months

Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet DOT qualification standards

Professional, safety‑focused driving habits

Reliable transportation (trucks cannot be taken home)
