Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create dynamic content:
  Produce compelling copy, engaging video, and stunning visuals for broadcast, web, and all our social platforms, ensuring a consistent and powerful message.
• Drive digital strategy:
  Be our go-to "digital voice," spearheading content creation for our online platforms, especially during those crucial morning hours, and ensuring our presence is always fresh and innovative.
• Track and optimize:
  Dive into digital metrics, constantly seeking ways to grow our audience, boost engagement, and make sure every piece of content hits its mark.
• Collaborate like a pro:
  Work hand-in-hand with reporters, photographers, and newsroom leadership to shape multi-dimensional daily stories, breaking news, and long-term special projects.
• Produce impactful newscasts:
  Assist in crafting our hour-long morning newscast, ensuring it flows with an informative, energetic pace that gets our viewers ready for their day.
• Edit with precision:
  Take raw footage and transform it into polished, powerful segments for our morning newscast, telling stories that captivate.
• Champion newsroom standards:
  Ensure all story selection and placement not only meet but exceed our high standards for journalistic integrity, vision, and growth.
