Customer Service Representative
Location:
North Mankato, MN (facility). Work authorization: U.S. citizenship or other authorized status; employer sponsorship not required.
- Communicate with customers using computer systems, answering phone calls and replying to emails/chats.
- Provide a best‑in‑class customer experience and represent the company professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries through incoming calls, emails, and live chat.
- Contribute ideas to develop new best practices and maximize the customer experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility when dealing with the personal and stylistic differences of internal and external customers, building long‑lasting relationships.
- Research and resolve concerns to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Navigate a variety of computer programs and websites.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, follow‑up, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and build positive, trust‑based relationships.
- Develop and apply in‑depth product knowledge following training.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and apply new systems and tools quickly.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand.
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Maintains a positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
1st Shift;
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Hourly: $16.00 – $18.00. Base pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, and location.
