Your Window of Opportunity is here at Lindsay Windows! Lindsay Windows is actively looking for quality minded individuals to work in our production area as a Production Technician!
Responsibilities- Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measurer, etc.
- Lifting/moving/placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
- Meet production goals by posted line standards.
- Self‑inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
- Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
- Stand for the entire shift
- Lift and transfer 35 lbs frequently throughout the course of the day
- Lift and transfer 50 lbs occasionally throughout the course of the day
- Reach overhead occasionally
- Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently
- Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently
- Pay is dependent on experience (DOE)
- Opportunity for a $2/hour attendance bonus!
