Job Title

2nd Shift Equipment Operator – The Occasions Group, North Mankato, MN

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format.
• Visually inspect forms throughout the run for quality.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of the job and equipment.

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
• High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of mechanical ability.
• Good reading ability.
• Ability to work with very close tolerances.
• High degree of analytical skills.
• Good color discernment.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others understand.
• Regularly remain in a stationary position and withstand frequent movement within the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry).
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

2nd Shift;
Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm with overtime as needed.

The anticipated hourly range is $16 – $21. The actual base offered depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
