Production Hand Packager/Finisher

North Mankato, MN

2nd Shift;
Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm

• Assemble, bind, and/or package materials and products manually.
• Perform basic quality control checks, including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance.
• Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets according to direction.

• Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate effectively to ensure others understand instructions.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position regularly; to move within the facility; to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 25+ pounds.
• Ability to operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.

Hourly rate: $15 - $18, dependent on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
