Operate a high-pressure pot liquid painting machine to apply primer, undercoating, and top coat finishes on structural steel frames and shells;
Read and interpret blueprints to understand paint specifications, coverage requirements, and quality standards;
Mix paints accurately and match colors to meet customer specifications and project requirements;
Perform quality inspections on painted parts to ensure proper coverage, finish, and adherence to specifications;
Use a computer to view and follow work procedures, blueprints, due dates, and special instructions for each work order
