Job Overview
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Account & Product Manager to join their team in North Mankato, MN. This hybrid‑responsibility role balances managing a portfolio of design‑led print accounts with supporting the product team that shapes what comes next. The primary relationship owner will collaborate with design, sales, and product teams on new product ideas, combining account ownership and creative/product influence in a single seat.
Responsibilities- Manage existing design‑led accounts, owning day‑to‑day service for the assigned book including pricing, drops/adds, order status, and escalations through to resolution.
- Coordinate product expansion opportunities by partnering with the design team on new products, form factors, and catalog additions based on account and market feedback.
- Drive customer outreach and growth planning: proactively identify account needs, recommend solutions, and support forecasts and quotes for new or expanded programs.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Sales teams on new opportunities, coordinating design and work order requests across the book, from as‑is design pickups to fully custom programs (licensing, spec sheets, artwork approval).
- 2‑5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or product coordination, with a track record of managing accounts through renewal or growth.
- Strong customer focus: ability to build effective relationships internally and externally, and comfort managing a mix of high‑volume smaller accounts and custom‑design relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort translating account and design requests into clear specs for internal teams.
- Experience in the print, POD, or promotional products industry.
- Familiarity with order management/ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,000–$65,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location. This range is one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
