Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is seeking a customer-focused and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support a growing organization in South Florida. This contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

+ Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person in both English and Spanish.

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account information.

+ Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when appropriate.

+ Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within company systems.

+ Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

+ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on outstanding requests.

+ Perform data entry and maintain documentation with a high level of accuracy.

+ Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining quality service standards.

+ Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
