You will be integrated into the "Design Office" service within the "Secured Infrastructures" department. In the scope of your activities, you will be responsible for the design of HVAC systems as well as the follow-up of projects and associated works linked to the infrastructures entrusted to the department. The HVAC engineer supports the development projects of new infrastructures or the maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) of existing infrastructures.

1. In the context of Infrastructure Development Projects

In the Design Phase:

• Study the client's needs, break down their need into technical specifications related to HVAC

• Carry out on-site diagnostics with the client

• Design HVAC installations in feasibility and preliminary project phases: pre-sizing, estimates, preliminary schedules, descriptive notes, plans, synopses, proposal of adapted technical solutions and choice of materials.

• Carry out the sizing of networks and equipment (CTA, pumps, cold rooms, boilers, etc.) in the APD/PRO phase. Carry out and/or control calculation notes and thermal balances.

• Propose optimized technical solutions on the energy and economic plans

• Ensure the adequacy of installations with environmental standards of energy control and the use of environmentally friendly materials.

• Analyze and integrate the feedback from maintainers in the choice of technical solutions

• Seek to reduce costs, propose improvements aimed at limiting energy consumption.

• Supervise the designers, for studies and graphic documents (principle schemes and plan drawings).

• Carry out a technological watch.

In the DCE Phase:

• Write and/or verify the specifications, the technical dossier, the CCTP (particular technical clauses), DPGF (decomposition of the global and flat price), calculation notes, technical notes, thermal simulation...

• Establish and/or control a work schedule.

• Launch the consultation with companies in collaboration with the Procurement Service.

• Carry out the analysis of the offers of companies and establish the synthesis reports following the consultations.

• Meet and choose suppliers, providers, subcontractors.

• Select and supervise suppliers and subcontractors including the review and comments of supplier plans, technical coordination meetings.

In the Works Phase:

• Control the execution studies of companies, issue and follow up VISA

• Attend technical meetings.

• Choose the methods and means to be implemented and organize the operations of the site.

• Ensure the control, execution of the site in progress in compliance with the specifications, the current standards and the safety procedures and ensure the reporting.

• Prepare and supervise the qualification activities of the infrastructure in your technical field.

2. In the context of Maintenance in Operational Conditions of Infrastructures

• Instruct the technical facts

• Instruct the study files and the state evolution files of the installations

• Instruct the administrative procedures allowing the realization of the MCO works, negotiate the intervention slots in sites and buildings occupied with the associated interfaces

• Instruct the procedures related to SSE (prevention plans, common inspections prior to site)

• Contractualize, coordinate the stakeholders, pilot, follow the planning, ensure the financial follow-up

• Accompany and ensure the conformity and quality of the works carried out by companies: examination of execution documents, site visits, acceptance of installations.

• Instruct the evolutions to the files of definition of the installations

Education:

You hold a degree of type Bac+5 in the field of climate engineering, with a specialization in energy, energetics or thermodynamics

Experience:

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of HVAC, including significant experience in the design office of conception. Experience in the field of specific pollutions or nuclear ventilation would be a plus.
