Participate in the conquest of space innovation!
Integrated within the Industrial Systems Automatization service which ensures the specification, design, realization (thanks to its laboratory) and the operation of specific automated, robotic, control command and industrial supervision systems of ground means on the different sites and programs of the civil or military society.
Within this team, the mechatronics and control command engineer is at the convergence of many specialties: electrotechnical, electronic, mechanical, software, automation and fluidifies the exchanges between the different trades.
You will also be the expert in specification, design, construction, management and maintenance of "mechanical" systems containing electrical and electronic elements controlled by computer systems, mainly special machines and industrial automation solutions.
Your missions
As a Mechatronics and Control Command Engineer, you will be responsible for automation, control command and supervision activities on the aforementioned programs in the pre-project, development or operation phase.
Your main activities as a Mechatronics and Control Command Engineer will be the following:
- Realize studies, technical analyses and price them
- Design and/or specification of automated and robotic systems, HMI (Human Machine Interface), API process or security.
- Design and realization of the multi-system architecture, realization of synoptics, analysis of conformity to the working environment
- Realize the technical follow-up of the execution of the project/product or the manufacture of the product in the workshop or in subcontracting
- Research and implementation of test plans, design/specification of necessary tooling
- Realization of demonstrators within the Lab Autom
- Writing documentation for projects (STB, CDC, technical notes, expertise, project communication documentation), setting up the organization of a project, management of services
- Participate in project reviews at key milestones (validation of the design for example)
- Standardization of "industrial IT" tools (supervision tools, simulation...)
- CAD modeling Electrical, Mechanical and Robotics
- Assume the expertise function in the fields of Electrotechnics, Control Command, Supervision and Robotics.
- Take over the studies upstream of the evaluation of new operating systems, languages and libraries.
- Integrate the means developed/renewed on the different sites
- Participate in the unit test phase and integration of our electronic equipment, automata and robotics in order to integrate new technologies
- Realize pre-projects
- Plan studies and realizations and ensure respect of the realization deadline, as well as technical and regulatory compliance.
- Research innovative technical solutions for projects (technological watch, tests...)
- You will also contribute to the improvement of the processes of the activity (writing of RETEX sheet for example) and to the preparation of the future (technological watch, sourcing, benchmark, visit of fairs...).
